It’s October, the time of the year when SOMEONE tries to pull THIS stunt.
A driver in Northern California was busted trying to pass off a PLASTIC SKELETON as a passenger so they could use the carpool lane.
The skeleton decoration wasn’t even dressed to look like a person . . . it just looked like a skeleton, but it did have a GHOST MASK on its head. (???)
The driver was ticketed. It’s unclear how much the fine was, but in that area, violating carpool lane rules can result in a minimum fine of $490, and it can be even more if you’re a repeat offender, or if there were other violations.
