This guy thought he was a comic book hero, but he’s a villain.
A 34-year-old man named Jason Fernandez was at a comic book store in New Jersey at 11:00 in the morning last Saturday, with his two young kids.
There was another customer in the shop who was “acting disorderly.” There aren’t any details on what was happening, but he was asked to leave, and he wasn’t happy about that, and threatened to beat the employees up.
That’s when Jason jumped into action and pulled a GUN on the tough guy, and RACKED IT to intimidate him. His kids did NOT like him being a vigilante, and his nine-year-old pulled at the arm holding the gun to get him to put it away.
By the time the cops showed up, everyone was gone. Two days later, they located and arrested Jason and charged him with multiple weapons offenses. It turns out he was not licensed to carry OR own a gun. It doesn’t sound like the other customer will be charged with anything.
