Happy National Love Your Pet Day! A poll looked at the top ways we show our pets some love . . .
1. Playtime. 15% said playing with their pet is the top way they show them love.
2. Giving them treats and gifts, 13%
3. Cuddling them, 12%
4. Telling them “I love you,” 10%
5. Just hanging out with them, 10%. Like watching TV together.
Next, it’s a three-way tie between carrying on conversations with them (???), giving them kisses, and letting them sleep in your bed.
Taking them to places like parks and beaches got 5% of the vote.
And 2% said the top way they show their pet some love is by dressing them up in costumes. (Yeah, they love that.)
