They cited stats that show 19% of fatal crashes involve people under 25, but 21% involve people over 65.
The fact that our eyesight and reactions get worse is part of it. But it’s also about bad driving habits, like not using turn signals and not checking blind spots.
After 30-plus years of those habits going unchecked, they can get set in stone. So should everyone have to take a refresher course, even if they’ve never been in an accident?
